We ship Laurent Voss orders within Australia only.
Your order goes to the delivery address you enter at checkout, so please check it before you pay.

We dispatch your order within 10 business days of payment. Every order goes by tracked post or courier, and we email you the tracking details so you can follow your parcel.
Delivery usually takes 5 to 15 business days after dispatch.
If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you can still cancel it for a full refund. See Returns & refunds.
Shipping costs
The shipping cost, if there is one, is shown at checkout before you pay.
Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), including any taxes we are required to charge. There is nothing to pay on delivery.
Lost parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived, tell us within 30 days of the expected delivery date.
- Email support@laurentvoss.art with your order details.
- We trace the parcel.
- Then we replace your order, or refund it.
A refund goes back to the card or wallet you paid with. If your parcel arrives but an item is damaged, see Returns & refunds.
An order from another store
Some online stores use Laurent Voss to take payment for orders placed with them. Their customers pay on the same Stripe checkout, and the charge shows as AUSPAYLV.
If you paid here for an order from another store, that store delivers the goods, under its own terms. The rest of this page covers Laurent Voss orders only.
For a question about delivery, contact the store you ordered from.
